Anna O'Mahony
Chief Executive
Anna is our chief executive and joined Hollybank in 2018. She has worked in social care for over twenty years and her passion is supporting people to make their own choices and encouraging them to trust in their own abilities.
Her role at Hollybank involves working with the Trustees and the leadership team to set the strategic direction for the Trust and making sure we operate in a safe, compliant and innovative way.
Since arriving at Hollybank the trust has grown and developed its service offering under Anna’s leadership.
As well as her CEO role, Anna is a member of the Executive Board of the Kirklees and Calderdale Care Association (KirCCA) which was established in 2022 to be the voice of independent adult social care providers across Kirklees and Calderdale.

Louise Shute
Chief Financial Officer
Louise is a strategic financial leader with over two decades of experience in accountancy, financial strategy, and operational management across various sectors, including social care.
Since joining Hollybank in 2019, she has been instrumental in strengthening the organisation’s financial position, securing additional funding, and leading key initiatives to support long-term sustainability and growth.
As CFO, Louise oversees finance, IT, estates, and HR, ensuring the organisation remains financially resilient, operationally efficient, and well-equipped to deliver high-quality care.
She provides the executive team and trustees with critical financial insights for strategic decision-making and has played a key role in acquisitions, digital transformation, and service development. Her leadership ensures that people, systems, and resources are aligned to support both the organisation’s mission and its future growth.

Sean McKibben
Chief Operating Officer
Sean has worked at Hollybank Trust since April 2023. He has had a long career in the learning disability sector and has managed a range of services, including residential care, supported living, day services, outreach and domiciliary care services. Sean has also worked in the housing sector and has a wide range of knowledge and experience. He is passionate about people having engaging, person-centred opportunities to live fulfilling lives, supported by a happy and motivated team.
As COO, Sean is responsible for all of the Hollybank teams providing direct support to children, young people and adults, including adult and children’s services, enrichment day services and the in-house therapy teams.

Claire Turner
Head of Community Support Services / Registered Manager
Hi, I am Claire Turner. I have had the privilege of working with the amazing employees of CSS since 2015. During this time, I have been committed to ensuring we have a well-trained, knowledgeable, and supported workforce, enabling staff to grow and reach their full professional potential.
In August 2020, I was appointed as the Registered Manager of CSS, and in May 2026 I was promoted to Head of Community Support Services. In this role, I now oversee the whole organisation, including our ongoing development and future growth. I work as part of the Hollybank Group, alongside a strong and supportive leadership team who are committed to delivering high-quality services.
My focus is to support the organisation in continuing to deliver an outstanding service, underpinned by our values. I am passionate about ensuring the people we support receive truly person-centred care that meets their individual needs and aspirations

Samantha O’Shea
Community Operations Manager
I have worked as the Supported Living Managers since 2009. In my role as Community Operations Manager, I am responsible for Supported Living and Outreach services, as well as oversight of our Day Services.
My key role in the day-to-day running of our Services, is ensuring safe staffing, effective rota management, and full compliance with health and safety standards. I work closely with Housing Providers and House Managers, to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
I also oversee the CSS referral process, ensuring all new referrals are managed consistently and efficiently. I build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and other professionals, supporting positive engagement and ensuring high-quality outcomes for the people we support.
Deputising for our Registered Manager is also a key part of my role. I operate an open-door policy where tenants, family members and colleagues are encouraged to communicate and liaise with me regularly which promotes the overall smooth running of the service.

Carol McKenna
Day Opportunities Manager
I have worked for Community Support Services since March 1999, beginning my career as a Support Worker. In April 2004, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. Over the course of my career, I have completed numerous training courses and achieved my NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care.
During my time at CSS, I have had the opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally, and to play an active role in shaping the service into what it is today. I genuinely love my role and feel privileged to work alongside such dedicated colleagues and the wonderful people we support.
My current role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including the overall running and development of our Day Services at Aachen Hall and The Addy, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes across all areas of the service. I also oversee and manage a staff team who provide 24-hour support to a lady living independently in her own home.
I have had the opportunity to work across all departments within CSS, which has provided me with a broad range of experience. This has enabled me to develop a strong understanding of the sector, and over the years I have built trusted relationships with the people we support and with other professionals

Natalie English
Quality & Compliance Manager
I joined CSS in October 2025, originally bringing a background in data analysis, project management and process improvement into the Quality Team. Since then, my role has grown, and I now lead the Quality & Compliance function across the whole service and all departments.
I oversee the Quality & Compliance Team, which includes the Service Quality and Audit Officer and the Quality Officer. Together, we ensure that all compliance requirements for the Local Authority and CQC are consistently met. This includes keeping all support plans, risk assessments, policies and essential documentation up to date, accurate and reflective of the support we provide
My team also ensures that all internal and external audits are completed on time and to a high standard, including ISO 9001 auditing, helping to maintain robust and consistent systems across the organisation.
I continue to lead on our annual Driving Up Quality survey, working closely with the team to understand feedback from the people we support and our staff, and turning that insight into meaningful improvement.
Alongside managing the team and compliance processes, I support the wider organisation with quality assurance, operational clarity and continuous improvement- essentially, everything needed to keep our standards high and our systems running smoothly.
I feel incredibly fortunate to love what I do. CSS is full of amazing people, and being part of a team that genuinely feels like a community is something I value every day.

Zoe Metcalfe
Service Quality and Audit Officer
I began working in the care sector in 2016, I started as a Team Care Co-Ordinator and was seconded to the position of Day Service Manager.
I joined CSS in June 2023 and feel very proud to be working for an 'Outstanding' company. My role includes managing all aspects of Health & Safety and supporting with recruitment, training and administration.
I really enjoy my role and feel especially privileged to work with the dedicated management team, staff and amazing individuals we support.

Robin Nicholson
Rota Coordinator
Hi, my name is Robin. I’ve worked for CSS since 2010, during which time I’ve achieved my Level 2 and Level 3 diplomas and completed a wide range of high‑standard training courses. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside a fantastic staff team and supporting many individuals.
I began my journey as a Support Worker before progressing to Assistant Manager in Supported Living in 2019. I later joined the office team, gaining experience in auditing and learning the rota systems. I am now the Rota Coordinator and work full‑time within the office.
I feel that the skills and knowledge I’ve gained throughout my career enable me to provide a consistently high standard of care and support to the people we work with.

Faith Thomas
Service Administratior
I joined the company in May 2026 as a Service Administrator, and my previous experience in customer service and administration has given me valuable skills that support me in this role, including communication, organisation, and building positive relationships. I really enjoy being part of a busy environment where I can support others, build strong working relationships, and help things run smoothly day to day. I take pride in being approachable, dependable, and providing friendly support to both colleagues and service users. One of the things I love most about my role is that no two days are ever the same. I enjoy the variety the job brings, along with the chance to learn, adapt, and make a positive difference in my work every day.

Shelley Lymm
Quality Audit Administrator
I started my Journey at CSS in 2010, managing supported living homes and supporting people to live as independently as possible. After taking a break, I returned to the company to work within Day Opportunities as a Quality Audit Administrator. My role involves supporting quality standards, administration and continuous improvement across services.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping people live their best lives. I am passionate about supporting individuals to develop essential life skills, build confidence and reach their full potential. Seeing people achieve their goals and gain greater independence is what makes my work so fulfilling.
Assistant Managers

Adam Ogden
I have worked for CSS since 2017, starting as a Support Worker in the Community, supporting clients within Calderdale with outings and life skills.
I was introduced into Supporting Living a couple of years later, working in various houses, providing person centred support to tenants.
In December 2023, I achieved the position of Assistant Manager having completed the Development Programme, which allowed me to build in confidence and develop skills to take the step up to Assistant Manager at one of our Supported Living Houses.
Throughout my time at CSS, I have undergone quality training, including Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
I am friendly and approachable, with a passion to provide the best possible support and experiences to people who use our service.

Ainsley Kay
I began my role as a support worker in 2019, where I have worked within both Outreach and Supported Living. Over the years, I have been able to utilise my wealth of knowledge and training to deliver best working practices, which has supported me to achieve my current role of Assistant Manager within Supported Living.
I am passionate, empathic and person-centred. My qualities are at the forefront of my role, to ensure support is provided in a needs-led way. I manage a vibrant supported living home and work alongside some great, knowledgeable colleagues. I enjoy life's little luxuries, including two or three holiday's a year, either in the UK or abroad. I love spending time with family and friends too, which I find rewarding.

Sharon Dawson
Hi, my name is Sharon, I have worked for CSS since 2018. I did have a slight break due to me moving back to my hometown in Hull although returned a short while later as a support worker. In 2020, I was promoted to Assistant Manager, where I manage one of our supported living houses alongside another Assistant Manager. We both help manage and run the house and staff team and provide support to our lovely tenants. In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks with my 2 dogs and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

David Green
Hello there!
I'm David and have worked for CSS since 2015, I started out as a support worker and am now an Assistant Manager. I am also a well-being champion and a supported loving champion.
I love my job and take pride in the great work we do here at CSS. Our service users always come first!
I have a passion for Theology and History.
I also enjoy Gaming and Lego!!

Daniel Link
Hi, my name is Dan, I started at CSS in 2017 as a Support Worker within Supported Living.
I progressed to an Assistant Manager in 2022 and enjoy making a difference in my role.
I am very passionate about delivering person-centred care to those I support, with continuous development and training opportunities from my time within CSS.
In my spare time I enjoy quality time with my family, going to the cinema and all things Marvel!

Kayleigh Neil
Hi, I’m Kayleigh. I began my journey with CSS back in 2006, where I worked full time in the community. After having my first born, I returned part time to work within supported living. Throughout my time at CSS, I have worked alongside an amazing team, and have gained my NVQ level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. I now have 3 children and with my youngest starting school, I felt the time was right to push myself a bit more. I was promoted to Assistant Manager in July 2023, and manage a lovely house, as well as working alongside Robin to manage another house together.

Lesley-Anne Burke
I began my journey with CSS back in 2019, as a support worker within Supported Living, I have also worked in Day Services and in the Community. I have continuously completed regular training and I work alongside a brilliant team who have encouraged me along the way.
I was promoted in October 2023 to Assistant Manager and manage a lovely house and work along side a fantastic team of ladies and work in a needs led way and always give 100 percent in the support I give. l love my job!

Alya Boubakri
I began my journey at CSS in 2023 as a Support Worker, drawn by the organisation’s strong reputation and commitment to quality care. From the beginning, I received excellent training and ongoing support, which played a key role in helping me grow both professionally and personally. Thanks to this supportive environment—and my dedication to providing high-quality service I was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2024. I’m proud to be part of a team that values development, teamwork, and making a real difference in people’s lives.

Rebecca Murphy
Hi my name is Rebecca Murphy, and I have worked for CSS since October 2023, I started off as a support worker which I absolutely loved being, supporting individuals in their home. I also do outreach providing person centred care to all the individuals I support , In May 2026 I achieved the position of assistant manager in one of our supported living houses, it has allowed me to build my confidence and develop new skills, since starting at CSS. I have been given the opportunity to further my knowledge and skill set. I have currently achieved and completed my level 2 NVQ. I am passionate about my role and my job and hope to grow even more in my new position and future.

Colette Smith
With over 23 years of experience in community support services, I am dedicated to delivering compassionate, person‑centred care. Throughout my career, I have been committed to empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while upholding dignity, choice, and respect in every aspect of support.
I am proud to have returned to Arden Lodge as Assistant Manager, where I work alongside a skilled and supportive team. I am passionate about maintaining high standards of care and creating an environment where both residents and staff feel valued, respected, and truly heard.
